We went on a fascinating guided tour of Edinburgh Castle led by Caitlin Andrew, Gaelic Outreach Officer at Historic Environment Scotland, on a very blustery autumn day, Saturday 12 September.

Caitlin provided us with a wealth of information about the history of the Castle through the centuries, including stories about Gaels who served as soldiers there or were held as prisoners. Taing mhòr mhòr a Chaitlin!
