A big day of Gaelic events for the Gaelic community in Edinburgh!

Ionad Pop Up: 10.00 – 16.00: Darroch, 7 Gillespie Street, Edinburgh

Ionad Cèilidh: 19.00 – 22.30: Central Hall, West Tollcross, Dùn Èideann

Music, dancing, and community for all ages, with the West Loch Cèilidh Band, a talented new Gaelic ceilidh band, and Amadan, a band of young traditional musicians from James Gillespie’s HS. Get tickets here. They will also be available on the door (cash only). The ceilidh is BYOB, though soft drinks will be on sale.

Please join us on Latha Mòr na Gàidhlig! For fun and for community, and also to support the initiative for a Gaelic Hub in Edinburgh. We believe that a Gaelic Hub is necessary for the Gaelic community in the city, for those of all ages and all levels of fluency. Without your help we cannot make this happen.
