What a day at our IONAD POP UP on Friday 28 February! Over 200 people came to help us create and enjoy a Gaelic Hub in Edinburgh – with singing, games, books and a reading group, an Escape Room, Gaelic bookbug, Gaelic conversation and learning opportunities, a wonderful performance by the Gaelic nursery, and – most importantly – our Edinburgh Gaelic community.
Thank you to everyone who was there, and to everyone who helped make the Pop Up happen. This is a small, but important, step on our journey towards a permanent Gaelic Hub in Edinburgh, but we cannot do anything without your continued support. Please consider joining us as a member of Ionad Gàidhlig Dhùn Èideann, volunteering to help at events or with taking the campaign forward, or signing up for our new newsletter to keep up to date with our activities.
